Qantas have announced that it has commenced Qantas A380 services between Melbourne and London via Singapore. The Inaugural Qantas A380 Melbourne to London flight left Melbourne on Monday 18 January 2010. From 29 March this service will be expanded as a regular twice a week service. Qantas operates a total of 14 services per week from Melbourne with 12 of its services with a Boeing 747-400.

For many years I flew without a pair, but after purchasing my first set I don’t know how I flew without them! Jetstar has announced further expansion in to China with a new Singapore Shantou Guangdong China Service. Emirates has taken delivery of its sixth Airbus A380 aircraft amid recent financial trouble with its parent company Dubai World. Emirates currently operates A380 aircraft in to Sydney, Auckland, Bangkok, Toronto, Heathrow and from tomorrow Seoul. Singapore Airlines have announced that it plans to resume daily all business Class flights from Singapore to New York. Singapore Airlines originally operated daily all business class flights to New York however in Feburary 2009 due to the Global Economic Crisis they reduce this service to 5 times per week .
