My first visit and stay at the Sheraton on the Park Sydney was only in the last year, and I particularly found the food and service at the Botanica Brasserie, to be top notch, dining there on a busy Saturday night my wife and left our table to get more of their delicious prawns, only getting half way to the prawn I realised I had left my mobile phone on the table. I returned to find our dirty plates already taken away and our glasses being topped with more water. Now that’s service!
