Emirates Airlines have announced they will launch the maiden flight of their Airbus A380 on 1st August 2008 some 2 month earlier than previously speculated.
The first commercial flight of Emirates first A380 on the Dubai New York route will take place 2 days after taking delivery of their first Airbus A380 on the 28th of July 2008, and will feature a 489 seat cabin with First Class Suites, Business & Economy Class.
Emirates Airlines have the largest order of Airbus A380 aircraft of any airline with 58 aircraft worth some US$18.8 Billion
