Qantas will receive its first Airbus A380 in a handover ceremony in just under a month on 19th of September 2008, with the Qantas A380 touching down on Australian soil in Sydney on 21st of September 2008.
After arrival in Australia this Qantas A380 won’t go into commercial service for another month, with a Melbourne to Los Angeles flight on Monday 20th October and a Sydney to Los Angles return flight from Friday 24th October 2008.
Some more Qantas A380 photographs have recently surfaced, showing the first Qantas A380 test flight in the its complete and stunning Qantas livery taking off from Hamburg Germany, in addition there are more Qantas A380 cabin photographs. I just love the look and feel of the Qantas logo at the top of the stairs going up to Business Class, the colour has a modern yet 1950’s feel to it.
