The following press release mentions that in-flight SMS & email messaging will be available on Qantas domestic flights later this year, anyone know which flights/aircraft (reg no) were included in the trial and if they are still active, and also if the trial was open to all users.

Now thats a service I cannot wait to see and use, I cannot bare being without email.
Being an Exchange Messaging expert I feel the pain, the new service will cure some of it!
I agree this is going to be great, but I am really hanging out for in-flight internet access on long haul flights
