Baggage & Personal belonging security tips for Business travellers

Over the years I have had a few bad experiences with the theft of carry on bags, and personal belongings such as wallets and a digital camera. I have not had anything stolen in quite some time. Experience has helped to develop some great habits and techniques to lower the chance of having something stolen.

We would love to read your personal experiences and tips; of if you have a question our community of Business Travel Gurus will be happy to help.

when i travel, i carry my wallet, of course. but i always leave some money in between my clothes or somewhere in my bag, secret pocket or something. so if i ever lose my wallet, i still have cash. also, my traveling wallet should only contain the necessary items, but not all of it. like, if i have 3 credit cards, i only bring 1.  in case of digital camera, i don't bring the very expensive kind, so if i lost it... i won't really have that guilt.
